The Villa
This spacious detached villa sleeps 6 and is furnished to an extremely high standard. It has a wi-fi internet connection (supplied by Urban Wifi). Downstairs the villa has a fully fitted kitchen - spacious lounge/dining area with French Doors opening onto the back garden. It has a downstairs toilet, washbasin and storage cupboard. The lounge has satellite TV, home cinema system with surround sound.

The garden features a private heated swimming pool (with optional safety fence) and two hole putting green. It has a patio area with dining table, chairs, a barbeque, sun loungers and a pergola for those who prefer the shade.
Upstairs are 3 large bedrooms - one double with ensuite, 2 twin rooms and a bathroom. Two rooms have French Doors opening onto a small 'Juliet' balcony and one has a sea view. All bedrooms are furnished to a very high standard.
The spacious roof terrace has panoramic views of the sea, sand dunes, Los Lobos, Lanzarote and the mountains. There are sun loungers on the terrace so you can relax and soak in the year-round Canarian sunshine.
The Villa is situated in a gated community which has a large lagoon style communal pool - if you fancy a change from your private heated pool - a smaller children's pool and a jacuzzi hot tub. The amazing sand dunes beach is just 5 minute drive away. There are also a number of other beaches in the town centre.
